DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

PAYMENT

You can pay for your order in a way convenient for you:

 

  • prepayment to the account using the details provided by the manager;

  • cash on delivery upon receipt at the Nova Poshta branch.

 

Payment must be made within 3 business days of placing the order. After that, the unpaid order is automatically archived. If necessary, it can be placed again.

 

Individual payment terms are possible for wholesale customers - they are agreed separately.

PRODUCTION AND AVAILABILITY

The main items of Molena flour are always in stock.

We use it every day in our own production, so it is always fresh and regularly updated. In fact, it is the same flour that we bake with ourselves.

 

At the same time, individual items (special types of grinding, large volumes or individual orders) are manufactured for the client. In this case, the production time is 1–3 working days.

 

If you need a specific type or non-standard volume, write to us and we will agree on the production time.

DELIVERY IN UKRAINE

Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine via "Nova Poshta" or "Ukrposhta" at the buyer's expense.

 

Shipments are made on business days after payment confirmation or agreement on cash on delivery terms.

 

For wholesale buyers , delivery via freight services or pallet shipments is available. The delivery method, terms, and cost are agreed individually depending on the order volume and region.

 

Please note: the order is stored at the Nova Poshta branch free of charge for up to 5 business days. After that, it is automatically returned to the sender.

In case of re-shipment, the buyer will compensate for the cost of shipping in both directions.

DELIVERY IN RIVNO AND KVASYLOV

For customers from Rivne and Kvasylov, the following are available:

from 8:00 to 22:00

from Molena production

Kvasyliv, Zelena St., 1

 

Courier delivery

– free for orders over 3,000 UAH

– for orders for a smaller amount — at the rates of local carriers

PACKAGING

We use eco-friendly paper packaging — durable paper bags, without unnecessary plastic.

  • 25 kg
